The Nationals' website has a great Q&A with former Washington Senator Frank Howard. Read it here. Frank Howard is the subject in one of my favorote photographs. The picture is of Howard kneeling in the on deck circle at RFK Stadium, wiping away the sweat on a hot & humid D.C. summer night. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find the photo, which was taken by a Washington Post photographer, anywhere on the internet to be able to include it in this post.
